Will I see what my logo looks like before anything is printed?
Always. You receive a digital proof showing exactly how your logo will appear on the product before production begins. Nothing moves forward without your approval.
What file format do I need for my logo?
A vector file (AI, EPS, or SVG) is ideal, but don’t worry if you don’t have one. Send us what you have and our team will let you know if it works or help you get what you need.
Do you have order minimums?
The minimum order can vary widely depending on the product and price. Some items are available with no minimum at all — especially custom apparel. Not sure what applies to your project? Just ask and we’ll find the right fit.
How long will it take to complete my order?
In most cases production takes 7 – 10 business days. During peak times of the year, for example Christmas, additional time may be required. Need it quicker? We also have a rush service for an additional fee.
I am looking for a specific brand and I don’t see it in your catalog?
Just let us know what you are looking for. Our deep understanding of the apparel industry and the many suppliers enables us to get pretty much any brand you may want. We can get all of the popular brands like Nike, Carhartt, Port & Company, Champion, Richardson and many more, but also some of the lessor known brands such as Alternative, Badger Sport and others.
There are so many different styles how do I know which is most suitable?
It can get very confusing as the sheer number of styles and colors can be overwhelming. Thats where we come in. We sell thousands of custom logo shirts, jackets and hats every year. We can help select what works best for your needs while keeping you on budget.
Can I mix and match different styles?
Yes you can. Many times customers will select differet types of custom shirts, jackets and hats, in different colors and combine them into one order. You can also combine screen print with embroidery in the same order as well. Our job is to make it as easy as possible for you to order your custom apparel.
