FROM PAPER FORMS TO A
CUSTOM MERCH STORE
CLIENT BACKGROUND
A Growing Logistics Company With A Dispersed Workforce
This client operates across multiple facilities in the Reno area as well as locations throughout the United States. With both truck drivers and office personnel needing access to customized branded apparel, managing a consistent and efficient ordering process was a significant operational challenge.
THE CHALLENGE
A Slow, Error-Prone Paper-Based Process
Employees were required to complete handwritten order forms and submit them to an executive assistant, who would scan them into PDF’s and forward them to B&W Wholesale. The result was a process riddled with inefficiency.
“The process was complicated, lengthy, and prone to errors – and with employees spread across different states, collecting orders was time consuming.”
THE SOLUTION
A Custom Branded Web Store Built for Their Team
B&W Wholesale set up a fully customized, web-based corporate apparel store using the client’s own branding. The client selected which products to feature, and the store was deisgned to accomodate employees no matter where they were located.

Branded Private Store
A custom URL with the clients own branding – logo, colors, and product selection managed entirely by B&W Wholesale.
Employee Spending Accounts
Each employee receives a cash balance to spend at login. If an order exceeds their balance, they pay the difference with their own credit card.
Direct-to-Employee Shipping
Orders ship directly to the employee’s home or office – typically within 7-10 working days – eliminating the need for central distribution.
Automated Order Notifications
Both B&W Wholesale and the client automatically receive an email copy when an order is placed. No more manual form collection.
Streamlined Invoicing
B&W Wholesale invoices the client only for amounts up to the employee balance. Anything over the balance is paid at checkout – simplyfing accounting significantly.
